| Main » About  AboutROSUPAK-2010 June 15-18 2010 For 15 years already MVK International Exhibition Company has been holding the Russian largest packaging exhibition ROSUPAK. It is the meeting point for world market leaders in packing equipment, technologies and materials. It is the largest event of the field for Russia, CIS countries and Eastern Europe. It is the place where Russian and foreign companies present their best achievements. Every year this colorful and diverse exhibition demonstrates development of packaging industry: here manufacturers and consumers traditionally gather together. Russia is one of the top-ten countries of perspective national markets in the world. Today Russian packaging market volume is about $10 billion a year with packaging consumption growth of the country about 15% in 2008. ROSUPAK is reflecting the packaging industry up-to-date situation being a mirror of the market changes. It demonstrates the achievements which the packaging industry has reached within the recent decade and gives an authentic reflection of the global packaging market. During the years of its existence ROSUPAK has gained high appraisal of national specialists and international authority. ROSUPAK is awarded signs of RUEF (Russian union of exhibitions and fairs), UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry), COPE (the Confederation of Organizers of packaging exhibitions), WPO (World Packaging organization), PAC (Packaging Association of Canada), FEFCO (European Federation for corrugated board manufacturers), ULADE (Packaging Union of Latin American countries). The exhibition has achieved international status and attracts foreign companies of the highest level based on its organization and target audience. The exhibition is patronized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and Moscow Government. The project is endorsed by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The total exhibit space covers about 28 000 sq.m. The guests of the exhibition will be able to choose technologies and equipment they are interested in. Accurate subject correspondence of exposition will make it easy to orientate oneself among presented production and services. The specialized salons for the certain industry sector will be presented within the exposition, namely: the international specialized salon for premium class packaging, the international specialized salon for aluminum packaging, the international specialized salon for food and processing equipment and technologies.
