Construction of exhibition stands
In planning your participation in the exhibition, you can choose between two options for your stand construction – standard (in this case you pay the organizer for a standard-equipped exhibition area) and exclusive (in this case you pay the organizer for an unequipped exhibition area, and pay the builder for the stand construction).
Standard means a stand built from standard exhibition design on a carpeted floor, with white panel walls, and furniture offered according to which version of standard stand furniture (more). The height of a standard stand is 2.5 meters. The lining of panel walls with ORACAL coloured film, hanging logos, building-up the height of the walls, using curtains at the stand, electrodynamics construction, offset borders, additional furniture and equipment and so on do not transfer the stand to the exclusive category, but will require payment according to Form 2. Additional electrics can be ordered with Form 3. Standard stands are ready for the exhibitor to occupy one day before the exhibition opens.
Mobile stands can be used only as an element of a standard stand.
Exclusive means a stand built according to individual design developments. Such a stand, erected by a reliable and experienced builder, is better at reflecting your company’s individuality and will make your participation at the exhibition more effective. An exclusive stand can be built from a standard or non-standard exhibition design, and can use wood, chipboard, fibreboard, fabric, and other materials. The minimum electrical hook-up for an exclusive stand is 380 V to 5kW (Form 3). 220 V sockets are not permitted on an independently-built stand. The builder must be accredited by Crocus Expo’s technical department.
MVK Design was formed especially to handle tasks associated with planning and building exclusive exhibition stands. Having emerged as the general contractor for the Ñroñus Expo exhibition centre at the ROSUPAK, Evroexpomebel/EEM and Interkomplekt exhibitions, the company made good impressions at other large Moscow exhibition centres as well. MVK Design’s work includes building exhibition stand at the Russian State Duma, on board an IL-78 aeroplane (the first furniture exhibition in the stratosphere), and at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
The newest equipment from German companies MERO, OCTANORM, and SYMA (including two-storey platforms), as well as a full spectrum of modern construction materials and a powerful technical foundation allow us to carry out projects of all degrees of difficulty and fulfil all of your requirements and desires. An individual approach to each client allows us to preserve your company’s signature style, and the stand will become not just decoration for the exhibition, but a comfortable workspace as well.
