Information in Russian, German, English, Italian, French, Polish, and Dutch on shipping costs, customs clearance, and loading and unloading, instructions for shipping cargo, and the contact information for the agent in the country of origin, can all be obtained from BTG Expo GmbH by contacting their central office in Frankfurt-am-Main.
